Does anyone know the source of the sega master system sample used in Jo - Rtype? You’d think the clue would be in the title but it’s not from R-Type. I’m guessing if anyone would know the sample it would be someone on here! :)

I reckon the music is from the title screen (4-6 seconds into this clip), but manipulated a bit (maybe played backwards?):



The voice sample is the computer from the movie Darkman (1990).
