Breaks my heart. This place was like the center of oldskool but I come here and theres a post that I submitted 2 months ago 3 notches down..........Well it's very sad but I guess we all had to grow up someday but I reckon there will be a return , when the kids are ruining our brains and we need some escape. Don't forget guys......when we were young................not specifically talking about rugged 001 but 2 bad fucking tunes right there!

Agreed with the other posts, this place has been a godsend down the years for Tune ID's, theres very few unidentified tunes left from sets back in the day. Even duplates/acetates manage to get hunted down.

Been on here since 1997 under various user names ( keep forgetting password etc!). Properly got me up to speed with old skool tunes as I wasn't old enough first time round. Sites like this one, Bassquake, Maxx Vinyl, HWND etc were brilliant for all the RealPlayer streaming :)

Also, who was the guy who was a total expert on darkside jungle, sure his name began with an S? Simon? Passed away a few years back ( if I remember correctly)??

90% sure the guys name was Sav.Ran a website with audio clips and info.Sav's Jungle pages or something? Was a long time ago.

I've been a stranger no doubt but I have made more efforts to post back in here this year. This forum was always my favourite and I started on here in 2004.
I remember early 2005 when YouSendIt.com come around with its 25 download limit and we were all uploading our tape rips and didn't have to borrow other peoples webspace anymore. Hahahaha memories!
