The vocal at 1:37
All I can ever hear is "Why don't you just hang yourself", but that can't be right

PMSL, it's "Why don't you just tell yourself". I think the most famous misheard lyric is "Nicholas Parsons" as opposed to "People Are Passing" on Satin Storms - Think I'm Going Out Of My Head, at the 3:57 mark. Hence the "Nicholas Parsons" status underneath some posters profile pictures(7000+ posts I think).
Peace...

Can't remember which SMD it is, but it definitely has the lyric
"banging, someone's bangin' your momma" in it.

I always thought Acen - Trip II The Moon (Kaleidoscopiklimax) said "This is a trip, this is sad music" until I've just checked on Discogs... :D

He never locked his car door, lives on as the best misheard lyric ever.

'Naz AKA Naz - Started Again' had me puzzled for years ... I was convinced it was "born in, born in , born in, born in, born in a dreeeeeeam"

Despite a massive clue being in the title I thought that the MC sample on Doc Scott - NHS actually said "yeah, hype chess"

"I've eaten all the crisps, wotcha!"
