I can understand it as the bid started at £70 but going over the 100 is a bit odd, lol nutbag.

Perhaps its an ounce of speed thats really for sale. By describing it as a 100 pound voucher, you can limit bidding above 100 to the person you have agreed to sell to. This way you can justify the revenue. (I have not bought an ounce of speed for over 10 years so I have no idea what the cost would be, it was an example).
