Encona Hot Pepper Sauce goes without saying, but I see they do an Extra Hot now that I've not tried yet...

Very versatile, works well on ANYTHING!! Pizzas, chips, chicken, pork!!

Maybe try DJ Brisk's sauces. He's brnched out from happy hardcore and now makes award winning chilli sauces as well.

someone was telling me at work today that there was a bottle of "ghost chili" sauce in Tescos... its that stuff that distroys that fella on Man Vs Food everytime... might be worth a look. Will find out the name if he can remember

Just found this in Waitrose but it's not very hot. I just used almost a quarter of a bottle on two cheese toasties:

PPP. Pure Pain Paste I tested recently has somewhat of a kick to it.

i LOVE that stuff, like you say, quite mild but the taste is totally unique... really really nice

I been a chilly addict for years now as lived in Asia for a few years for work a while back- around the time we gave back Hong Kong to the Chinks - love it spicey but I like the Thai chilly (dried) they put on the table in restaurants!! 8)

was going to recommend cholula and the dunns river hot pepper sauce.

the hot pepper sauce wins for me. scotch bonnet badness and only 48p
