i've got three stars in evasion and body count now. i found both pretty easy.Double Drop wrote:I've got three in The Pit and the snowmobile racing one, but they're the only two I've tried.safe wrote:yes.Restless wrote:Special co-ops is fucking hard though man !
i've completed the main game on veteran and found it easier than doing that on call of duty 4, but have only got three stars in three of the special ops missions: hidden, o cristo redentor and suspension.
Not even got round to completing the main game yet. Just can't drag myself off of multiplayer.

Still hooked.
Bumped into my first triple Prestige-er last night, damn he was good.
I'm level 58 now and looking to Prestige before Christmas.

I actually turned it off for a couple of games of PES tonight!
It felt good though...

Re: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
i've been a bit obsessed with trying to do the special ops and get three stars.
so far, i've done:
the pit
o cristo redentor
evasion
suspension
body count
race
hidden
breach & clear
wreckage
acceptable losses
estate takedown
some of them are super tough.

Aye, it would be easier on the PS3. More casual gamers see.Deepbass9 wrote:2nd prestige level 32 and rising

Think i'm nearly at lvl 50 now, i find it easier to rank up in the early evening until the yanks come on - have to admit they have some great players over there.
Great fun though, a few maps i'm starting to dislike a lot though are Derail & Quarry. Terminal, Invasion and Sub Base are superb. As usual, its all about finding the decent spots and learning them.

Just getting in there, LVL 2 at the moment.
Pretty much suck at it now, seem to be too slow aiming etc. Any tips to increase performance? No prior multiplayer experiences.
Did have a 4 killstreak but that was lucky, everyone ran into the bilding I was in hiding from gunship :)

Re: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
this one is much different to COD4 in that you cannot afford to run around in the open or you will simply die instantly far too often and get annoyed quickly ! On COD4 with Juggernoob you can survive and get away with it, not on this one. Trouble is that it encourages camping a lot more I find...Haze wrote:Just getting in there, LVL 2 at the moment.

Re: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Up to level 52 now, took a bit of getting used to for me so only reached 1:1 k/d ratio about 1800 kills in. Glitchers out in force already...bl00dy sucide bombers sprinting round trying to get you in groups of two or threes. Half the campers seem to love sabotage too, I played a game earlier where no-one picked up the bomb after 5 minutes, after the first 30 seconds I thought leave it be as I knew what type of game it would be. Why bother?

Re: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
a 1:1 ratio is very good IMO - I'm shit at staying alive, I just don't seem that bothered! Even if I get 25 kills, I'll die 30 times!
