fine in very small doses. The odd track is cool, but very soon I find myself willing it to SPEED THE FUCK UP!!

It'll die out soon IMO - it's all far too niche and similar.

I can't dig it, I find it really a bit too slow.
I've listened to quite a few sets and tunes off tinternet and just can't get into it.

I'm in the Third camp.

Some of the tunes are amazing (Burial, some of the Benga stuff), but with it being quite minimal i think it's a hard thing to pull off.

There's a fine line between minimal genius and half finished claptrap in my book. A lot of it just seems to be a slo-mo beat and a gloopy rumbling bassline with a bit of synth.

nah theres some good serious stuff out there its just wading through all the samey shite. I like a lot of stuff on rottun and dark meaningful stuff.

Haven't really heard that much, prolly a few dozen tracks but so far nothing good. I can't even get it, the beat reminds me too much of R&B :lol:
