Next Sublogic re-press... input please...

If I did Q Project - Freestyle Fanatic, same way as PBB (100 copies at most) do you
think they'd shift? I know it's a huge tune and is always popular, but I'd like a little
feedback on wether you lot think it'd go or not.

It's still a maybe, but there could be a chance of it happening.

I reckon so.

I'd absolutely love it, cos I really regret selling my copy a month or so ago. I think if you were pressing 500, or 250, you'd struggle, but not 100. in fact if i remember arent there something like 50 people after it on discogs? there's half your sales already ;)

I would hope you'd have all the tracks on the repress too, cos I love the A1 tune (the one with the actual freestyle fanatic sample) as much as the trainwreck on everyone plays 8)

i would buy another copy to save my original without a doubt ;)

tbh i would think most £50+ ebay tunes would shift on a 100press run... but - yeah - bit of a risk i guess???

YES!!!!

still kcikin myself I didn't buy this when I saw it for £3 in a bargain box in Wax City back in 1999... :|

This is a TUNE, only thing - can I just ask, which tune do you wish to rerelease because I want the one that goes "you need another hit from the freestyle fanatic,
you need another hit from the freestyle fanatic,
you need another hit from the freestyle fanatic,
you need another hit from the freestyle fanatic,
you need another hit from the freestyle fanatic,
you need another hit from the freestyle fanatic etc" (Rakim sample, btw)
and the only MP3 I managed to download of this 12" was not that track!!!!

so can we just confirm what one is the 'lead' track, kthxs

OK, nice - thanks for the heads up.

Please don't take this as anything other than a 'maybe' though...

May not happen at all, it's not my call - but if it does, it seems that demand would
be sufficient to make it a worthwhile pressing.

I'm going to be working v. hard this summer on doing a few more represses
to generate more exposure for the label prior to releasing Volume 2 of
From The Vaults, so it's always good to get an idea of who'd actually be
interested in what.

I'm aiming to keep Sublogic as primarily a CD release label, with intermittent
tiny super-collectable vinyl issues like the PBB one to keep people happy :D
