Yeah I agree - it's a cool set and reasonable value for money, but unfortunately IMO it leaves out the people who made Reinforced what it is, DJs. The set should at least have come with a couple of 12"s to make everyone happy.

Wow! I had decided I was going to give it a miss but found myself drawn to the site but it had gone.

I'll try again but leave it to fate, won't lose any sleep if I miss out (can't really afford it right now!)

They're definitely being quite canny releasing a few at a time to create a buzz around it like this...

It's not for me though - £85 for a useless vanity object? Allow it.

I commend them for doing the set; clearly lot of effort has gone into it. But unfortunately, this sort of limited product ultimately becomes a magnet for resellers who want to buy then 'flip it real good' at 2 - 3x the original price paid.

Like Jedi says, it's less about the DJs and more about who has time to sit refreshing a page in order to place the order.

I grabbed one this morning. I know a lot of people dont think much to it but seems fair to me. I dont understand why but it appeared to be a small amount this morning I was on the site refreshing and the 1st number I saw was 30 so wondering how much really sold this morning.

Some peoples comments are making me laugh if you dont like it dont buy simple as.
Ive seen a lot worse recently !

Hi,

a gr8 product, not over priced, for what you get - but it will only be sold to ppl, who'll re-sell on Discogs for double...

Saying that, it is pretty useless musically anyway, more of a trophy collectors piece - and a nice one at that.

They sold out in 25 secs, so if you do want one, you'll need to be ready on Monday! (Not sure what time they go online though).

If you want one there are still some left:

http://reinforced25.com/merch/reinforce ... ed-edition

Just keep refreshing the page. They are obviously adding more each time it sells out to make it look like they're running short. Crafty!

I bagged one, no idea why got caught up in the hype! Feeling a bit foolish as can see them putting more up for sale, not sure if they are being sneaky or whether it's people that have bought it and payments bounced.
