Anyone had this in past couple of weeks??

I go to post and get a message that states that my IP is blocked due to viruses. I've ran all kinds of tests etc and my computer is clean, so I go on the website the message takes me too and unblock myself which takes a day or 2.

Week later, same thing happens again. It's quite annoying, especially as I've never had any problems before in the 10-odd years I've been on here.

Used to get it on my mobile all the time. Never liked the 3 network.

Not tried in other browser, next time it happens I'll give it a go. It's really quite annoying when it happens.

There is such a thing as IP blacklisting....happened to me when trying to sort out buying a new van from a major reseller and also a couple of other times. Not had any problems recently..

I don't get emails from any thread I am subscribed to.

I don't what the issue is as my email address is setup correctly and does not appear to be a spam filter issue with my email client?!

Anyone else have this issue?

Strange

There isn't any IP blocking, only a few email addresses banned from signing up new accounts from several years ago.

Next time it happens I'll do a PrntScr and show you. It sends to a page that tells me my IP is blocked due to potential viruses etc. I then press a button to say that I've cleared them and a day or 2 later everything is fine again.

Does the page still look like the forum (i.e. with the b2vos logo, menu bar).

I'd be rather concerned if I were you then.

Could be a virus on your machine that's redirecting you somewhere bad.

Maybe, but I've ran quite a lot of tests and everything comes back clean. Also it only ever happens on this site.

It definitely sounds like something dodgy but it may be the site rather than your computer, I've suffered similar hacks on a couple of my websites in the past.
