Sick :) Reminds me of John B 'Up All Night'

Ulteria Motive are one of the handful of people I still look out for DnB-wise, I'm expecting the album to be brutal.

I like a few elements of it, the old skool stabs and mentasm, vocal is quite nice. Not sure about the b-line though, i love that wobbly sound but the arrangement doesnt work for me and all the different elements make it a bit of a messy track in my opinion.

Not sure what I think of these R1 friendly dnb tracks at the moment, Andy C's just bought one out too.

It has some cross-over appeal, but I'm not sure it sits in the same category as what Sigma/Andy C et al are doing (it's missing the obligatory Pendu-snare for starters).

To me this is still a straight up DnB track which could easily work in a variety of sets.

The oldskool element seems pretty tacked on to me. Still better than the standard poppy dnb shite that has saturated the market. Won't be listening to it again though..

I kind of like it, nothing special. Decent enough for a commerical radio friendly DnB track. Got a few bits of Ulterior Motive's stuff and I like the video on this one. Brings back a few memories of the late 90's and early 2000's for me. Even features the Numark ''DJ in A Box'' Beltdrive starter pack lol. For Oldskool Hardcore infused DnB your better off checking out some older stuff from Total Science, Digital, Tango & Ratty etc
