Recommend some intelligent/chilled jungle albums

Post by dj jedi » Sun Jul 13, 2014 1:48 pm

I need some new music for the car so thought I'd ask for some suggestions. I want stuff along the lines of the Logical Progression or Artcore CDs - chilled/mellow breakbeat jungle and early drum & bass, preferably individual tracks rather than mixes.

All of Bukems Earth series. London Electricity. Goldies Timeless never gets old. I have a very good AWOL album of unreleased dubs, while not D&B has some stonking remixes on it such Gachets remix of Fire and Micky Finns remix of L doubles Bass too Dark. The Bloodclaat Pussyclaat Micky finn one. Wicked, I cant play it in the car because I keep turning it up too loud and my stereo is shit. \:D/

It's this one. I have it on vinyl, comes on 4 pieces. so can be used on a tape with your other 12"s.

There are a few atmospheric /"chilled jungle albums on Spotify but not too many, always liked this sound but during the mid 90's was always more into jump up sound but this music stands the test of time
