After being stuck in traffic Monday and Tuesday morning and missing the 9am sales I finally managed to grab one of last 20 picture discs tonight :-)

I picked up a black one, as much as I love looking at picture discs I hate mixing with them so will be nice to have the 'normal' record to use.

This does feel like a really special release from Manix. I can't believe, unfortunately, that its going to garner that much attention outside a very small circle, ie, those like us. In that way, it seems like a really personal album.

b*stards!!
they have no interest in the music at all, just to make a bit of money, shouldnt be allowed.
not paying that to line someone else's pockets, their profit should go to Marc Mac.

I just posted this on another thread but if anyone knows if there's a cd version of this album for sale please let me know. I can't see a link on discogs so maybe the cd version only came with the limited edition pack...

My black vinyl copy arrived today. I don't think anybody has noticed yet despite it being listed on the website, but it has a different track on it than the picture disc. It has 'Original Stylee' instead of 'One More Time'. It is also pressed at 33 instead of 45, which is a bonus for me as I don't like 45rpm 4 track EPs. Glad I picked it up! :)

What?! I did notice on the Manix site that it said Original Stylee on the black version but presumed it was a typo. Sneaky! I need to see what one that is. What's the tune thats been cut?

Good skills bagging that, I wish I had now!
