Most Popular Tunes Ever

Post by jonny » Sat Jun 02, 2012 10:51 pm

Probably these 2 classics would be the most popular tunes of all time in the history of the scene, post others which you think might also "fit the bill" as it were.

I've never really came across anyone who doesn't like these..

Suppose that was popular so was 'injected with a poison' but I would put that on the same par as Sweet Harmony or something eh :-k

Couple of tunes that everyone seems to know and love, played at the end of a lot of events back in the day....

or one still used for years...

First person ive ever come across who doesn't like this  each to their own though!

@ Backchat, i suppose tunes that people would recognise, although these tunes would undoubtedly have sold bucketloads too.

Another tune which has been remixed to death and again has massive crossover appeal, to be honest im sick to death of this tune now but when it first came out was a corker.

This vintage tune is considered to be one of the biggest Ibiza tunes ever massive tune, all about the Three in one mix for me

lol i can't stand Faithless either, and hate that Insomnia tune. Papua New Guinea...i just find it a bit boring tbh.

Also does my head in about Moby Go - everyone thinks that the version with the Twin Peaks sample is the original...the original doesn't have the Twin PEaks sample (OK it isn't as good but).

Here is the original:

Let's be honest, probably the most popular tune is this:

The monster mix of Insomnia is probably the greatest dance track ever. Cafe Del Mar (Three 'N One Mix) probably a close second.

THE VAMP was/is a tune but not a hoge anthem

unfortuatly sweet harmony or charly by the prodigy were the big ones in hardcore

with the overall scene i would day insomnia ~(which i think is posh kids dance music) or push the feelin on etc would be the biggest

personally i like sound is for the underground as being my fave anthem
