Re: Dirtiest club you ever been in?

Dungeons is off Lea Bridge Road between Clapton & Leyton, arches underneath a pub.

You're probably thinking of Corsica Studios, or maybe the unlicensed Unsound nights that were in a lockup in a couple of arches round the back of Ministry. Miss those Unsound parties, the place had a wicked vibe.

Re: Dirtiest club you ever been in?

If we're talking legal venues then it's got to be the Dungeons, had nuff claustrophobic tunnel biomass amalgamation trips in the place.

Re: Broadband Recommendations

Does anyone use Plus Net? Been reading good things. I was with Plusnet since 1997 when they were called Force9, they were the best till about three years ago when everything went a bit queer with the management orchestrating a takeover by BT by implementing draconian traffic shaping methods and act...

Re: Broadband Recommendations

Bethere.co.uk Absolutely flawless in every aspect, and you get to talk to sultry Russian girls on their freephone support line if anything does go tits up. Zen are top notch as well, but as has been said you pay through the nose for the privilege. If I had the cash I'd just get a 100Mb/s leased line...

Re: anyone collect stuff ?

Nah was never into the pops, always thought they looked like fisher price training watches for specials who had trouble reading the time/women. My mate had one of the Orbs by Vivienne Westwood when they first came out and were changing hands for £1K or some shit, must've spent a good £300 on that ...

Re: OS Choice

Get a Mac   ...or just build a PC from OSX-compatible bits and dual boot Leopard off a separate partition. As long as you select the right components and custom OSX image it's a piece of piss and no different in operation to an OEM Mac. As much as I love OSX and the Mac aesthetic, I'd rat...

Isopropyl alcohol from the chemist, cheap and effective. Most specialist cleaning fluids are based on it.

Re: anyone collect stuff ?

Used to collect 70's & 80's 1:43 scale Soviet model cars, as well as buiding 1:24 Tamiya models of Jap sports & racing cars. Have an urge to start tracking down and building 1:24 kits of all the 80's Group B rally cars (Ford RS200, Delta S4, Quattro S1, Metro 6R4 etc, both road homologation, 1985 an...
