Been in my job just over 11 years and to be honest its pretty much resesion proof got a 4.3% payrise backdated to last october with another 3% or RPI which ever is greater based on augusts RPI for this year. If they refuse to fix it for you then there is a kit on ebay it costs bout £4.50 inc p&p an takes bout 20mins to do and it wil fix the rrod fault permenantly, ive done about 10 of em for friends and never had 1 not work or go wrong since but it obviously will void your warrenty thanks may well giv...

In that case its nothing to do with the driver either, We are deamed unqualified to play with the heat/air con controls for the train.
