I Love Acid & Balkan Recordings...
http://balkanvinyl.bandcamp.com/merch Anyone else missed out on all their quality releases :( ? Surprised they've never been mentioned on here? I do regularly check this forum but could've missed it of course. I hate all this exclusive limited runs bullshit labels now insist on. Why do they do it? A...

Re: Your favourite Rising High Records!
Can we have Sapho records, too (sub label)? Darkstar, Onyx III and Energy Zone, all good stuff! Yeah fine be me! All the sister related labels can be included. I'm sure I read somewhere that Silver Planet Recordings was also closely linked to RH and was supposed to continue from where they finished?

Your favourite Rising High Records!
Loved Casper Pounds record label, I've never heard it get much attention amongst the online old skool communities. So many gems from RH which I missed out on BITD are now as cheap as chips on discogs.

Are the Technics 1210 M5G's worth the extra dosh?
Just contemplating whether to buy a pair, aside from the extra torque they're supposed to have better wiring and tonearms too . Would be particularly interested to hear from those of you who've used / own these decks.

Re: Which DJ Decks Should I buy?
Really? Cheapest I've seen is £550 a pair, the majority are £600+ a pair and I don't like paying over the odds for some second hand decks.dj jedi wrote:Agreed if you want decks that last longer than the warranty period, get some nice second hand technics. There are plenty of sets out there for £300-£400.

Which DJ Decks Should I buy?
About 3 years ago I sold a pair of Stanton ST 150's because I was depressed and not that into music, I was also thinking about going digital but it never happened. I've now decided to buy a new pair of turntables. I loved the ST 150's but fancy a change and reminisce about Technics which I owned wel...

Re: Edge 1 Remixes...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jo5QAK5Cii8 Just found this on youtube which is labelled as the Eazy D Remix. It sounds almost identical to THE REMIX, just slightly longer. I think..... That is THE REMIX, they have named it incorrectly on youtube as usual! The Easy D one is different if you listen ...

Re: Nastycore's Twilight Hardcore Zone (Dubplate)
No pressings will be happening on this. I had 5 dubplates made for 5 DJ's who have played the track out at a handful of clubs. And that's that. If I start selling pressings of this then i'll either be broke obtaining this much copyright or broke from being sued to buggery, again due to copyright. H...
