An independent production company are currently working on a documentary to be shown on Sky Arts. One of the episodes will feature the early days of House music in the UK and they are looking for your memories (assuming you can actually remember being there!).
We are currently in production on a TV documentary series about music in the 20th century for Sky Arts. The working title is "Sex Drugs and Rock'n'Roll". The programme will consider many different genres and bands and we intend to feature interviews with dedicated music fans, as well as celebrities, journalists and music experts.
We are planning to make an episode about the early days of House music in the UK.
Whether you were there at the time and have a story to tell, or just consider yourself a devoted fan and memorabilia collector, we’d love to hear from you. We're keen to hear from people who went to free parties and the early clubs in the late 80s and early 90s. It may be that you have photos of yourself with your friends at some iconic parties, or maybe you took a cine film or a handycam video of a Spiral Tribe party or a night at the Hacienda.
