This song's not too sure if it wants to be a out and out house tune (with it's uplifting piano and vocal line) or underground slammer (with it's hardcore rave main riff).  Remixed by Blue Pearl with more vocals, this tune went on to become "Can You Feel The Passion", but was disowned by Bizarre Inc because they thought it a bit poo, allegedly.
