Nothing to do with the James Bond Film "Moonraker" (Trainspoting:- It actually comes from "You Only Live Twice", I have checked thanks to the re-release of the films :-) So does the bit used in the Part 2 BTW) The first release in what actually turned out to be a three part set including the unprononcable "Kaleidoscopiklimax". Each one was different, each one was very special.
