I'm guessing none are good enough for a vinyl release??

Well done folks! =D> would of liked to hear ALL the mixes like 'we' use to about 4+yrs ago when a comp was on.

I first heard the original on a mixed tape by dj Easygroove about'91, but it jumped at the point "whole damn thing" and said that line 4times before needle was pushed O:)

I first heard it in An Easygroove mix... Fantazia to be exact... I thought it was a '92 tune from the amazing production & Techno beats, but it was '91!

At your time of posting I was on the phone to Simon & we have picked the winners
It wasn't fair to rush listening to the remixes, so we took our time

The release won't be out before Christmas due to the various delays, so we are looking at a January release now

The 2 winners are DJ Fav & Stuart Young & they have won a place on the vinyl =D> :-D 8)
Any chance of hearing their entries?

Before I pay for the vinyl...

I have a Mint copy of the original & although I will buy the copy you get pressed, it would be nice to hear the winners...

Will be down for one of these badboys too. The remixes all sound massive and it'll be awesome to finally own a little piece of rave history that is 'Just When You Thought It Was Safe'. Will be just the tonic to curing those New Year's blues too.

Respect's due to all involved in the creative and production process. :D

I've only heard about 4 of the remixes... I own the original but will buy this simply to be able to hear the winners...

Well done to the winners.

Would love to see all the Remixes in a Digital Pack of some sort.

Was a pleasure to give this a bash.

Can't wait to hear the winners.

:)

It would have been nice to vote on the remixes... I would vote mine as the last to win, it was shit lol

But I would have liked to hear the other entries before sentence was passed... If I don't like the entries on the vinyl release I won't buy it... Even though I know the price will go up in time...

I have a mint copy of the original so why should I bother, especially as I haven't heard the 2 remixes... I'll be able to download wavs of them within a year.

Why should you have a vote exactly?
everyone knew the rules when the sample packs went out,
it was clear that Simon & I would choose the winners
we have had the final say as we are fronting the £800 pressing costs & the £500 licence fee to DJ Excel,
all upfront before we even make a sale

Like I've already said, when the release goes up for sale people can make the choice if they want to buy it or not
The 2 remixes aren't mastered so we aren't making them public just yet, that isn't fair to the remixers or anyone else
I'm sure everyone wants the best release we can do & we won't be rushing anything on your say so
If your bitter about not winning a place on the vinyl that is your problem
This is the kind of shit that I can do without & is one of the many reasons this will be my final release on Ninety Two Retro
It just ain't worth it

Enjoy your free wav downloads
I appreciate the time & effort & cost that goes into releasing a vinyl.

Count me off your 'remix list'... As if I was ever fucking on it lol

By the way... I'm one of the faithful fuckers that buys your vinyl & doesn't share it online so you still get sales...
