Records you forgot you own

Post by Richruffcut » Fri Nov 20, 2015 7:43 pm

Just been going through some stuff and chucked on Mercurial - the uplifting ep b side to find THE ABYSS. Wow what a cracker why don't i play this! I've always overlooked it because of the A Feel the energy which i'm a bit bored of now.

Do you ever go through your stuff and think why have i not been playing this record?

The track that EP is known for isn't the best track, it is cheesy & not as good as Blame's original IMO

Personally, I play this one the most.....

It is far more intelligent, I love that build up

When I used to buy loads of vinyl I would end up buying records off eBay and eagerly waiting for them to come, only to find that when I listened to it it sounded familiar. Then I'd realise I already owned it lol. Did that a few times until I spent some time putting all of my records in some sort of order so that I could easily check if I already had something before buying. So yeah, on a few occasions I literally forgot that I owned certain records

Haha yes mate I do it all the time. I done it recently with this:

It's always 93 stuff for me as i might have it in a jungle box or a hardcore box.

I should of set up my collection on ogs but never got round to it. Im going to get my records back into some sought of order as i'm rubbish with names of tunes
