Do you guys collect anything...

Oldskool/Retro apart from vinyl? If so, what is it, how often do you buy it and what caused the obsession with it?

I collect all sorts from my childhood - Star Wars toys, games consoles, computer games, have still got an Amiga setup etc. I work in IT so although I have to keep up to date, I like using the retro stuff too.

Sweet set-up! What is it? Do you produce on that?

I used to collect bmx bikes from the 80's and 90's but have sold them all now. I had some rare bikes but it was just stupid not using them much - plus got tired of face planting at my age. Just vinyl these days.

How about you restless?

Vinyl, Games for old retro consoles (N64 etc), Mixers (I've got such a thing for them! Ha!).

I'd love to collect some of the first line of Transformers toys, but I'm afraid they'd cost me an arm and a leg!

It's an Amiga 4000, you certainly could produce on it, quite a lot of back in the day producers used Amiga's instead of Atari's (Shy FX, Urban Shakedown, Red Alert & Mike Slammer to name a few.) But you need outboard hardware too so I just use my laptop to produce on these days. I just play games on it :)

I also collect classic videogames as well, although it's mostly arcade hardware/games nowadays.

And every now and then, I'll pick up vintage synthesizers/music gear.

I've started getting back into comics - especially Alan Moore stuff: Swamp Thing, Tom Strong, 1963, Future Shocks etc..
I suppose I've also started collecting Trainers again: Just got a nice pair of green Trimm Trabs (that my wife hates) to go with my Saucony Grid 9000's and my Puma Suedes. And I've also just got some Adidas Kanadia 6 (although these are for my utilitarian purposes, not for posing) and 'Deconstructed' Air Force 1.
I went through a stage of picking up a tracksuit tops as well although I haven't got a new one for a while......

Trainers. I have around 70ish pairs, old Air Jordans, Adidas Torsions, various other Adidas from the 70s and 80s, loads of Dunlop Greenflash.

Nice, I have several pairs of Jordan VI in my favourite colours. Have always loved them since getting a pair of the black/infrared ones back in 1992. Sadly I can't pull them off any more so they just sit in the boxes, but I love smelling them now and again
