Some huge stuff coming we have had 2 VERY VERY big labels sign up over the past 2 weeks as well as the hundreds of tracks we already have ready to go

Its been a huge task but things are nearly ready to go and all being well we should be talking weeks rather than months before launch

Hey mate, nice post! I've seen your page on FB too.
What are you planning to do - is it going to be some sort of shop for buying these back catalogues, or simply a shrine to the oldskool? Keen to know - all sounds very exciting what ever it is! :-D

We are a online store retailing Old skool Hardcore, Jungle and DNB mostly from the 90s

We have over 350 titles ready for launch - around 98% is exclusive to our site and not available before. There is over 65 unreleased dubplates and everything has been digitally remastered and will be sold as WAV files.

The site will also include in depth interviews with artists, Guest mixes and a few other nice surprises

Over the coming weeks we shall be putting more content up on Youtube leading up to the launch.

I should also add that we are awaiting delivery of over 600 more tracks at the min which will be added as soon as we get them - again the majority will be site exclusive

Hi,

What sort of prices per track, will you be charging?

Will there be any 90-92 tracks, or mainly 93-95?

Interesting.

Are you not planning to press any to vinyl?

a nice run of 10" releases for the more popular tunes would be quite niche and welcomed in my opinion.

We have tried to make contact with Bizzy B but have not had any response just yet

Prices are on a sliding scale depending on if the track is exclusive / Non exclusive / Released / Not released (ie unreleased dub) from 99p through to 2.99

We have tracks from around 1990 (poss some earlier) through to modern day as some labels are still releasing. We will be taking on selected labels that are releasing nu skool old skool style tracks and nu skool jungle but at the min the focus is on getting what we have live

No vinyl only digital we have no desire to get involved with vinyl releases and will not be moving into that market in the future

Hi,

I think what you guys are doing is gr8, but it also made me think - could this spell the end of oldskool represses?

I mean, if you guys have the rights to sell the tracks digitally, then does this mean nobody can then press up the tracks on vinyl?

I know the majority of ppl on this site would specifically want some of these rare tracks on vinyl, as most of these ppl do not DJ via digital.

What would be the situation, if when the site is live, there are a few tracks that lots of ppl would want pressed, would there be an option to obtain rights from the owner for a limited vinyl run? Surely this would cause an issue in that you'd NOT want tracks on vinyl, as ppl will then not be buying them digital from yourselves
