115 bpm.. a bit overkill.
Sounds like they also added the typical electro house "pump" to the bassdrum [-X

well, just as Belgian techno was inspired by new beat but sped it up, I think it makes sense slowing them down a bit too, adds a different feel to it! not sure if "sexy" is the one i'd go for as they suggest, mind you :)

quite a few of those tunes, 115 bpm would just be taking it to -8 so it's not that silly really i guess! actual early gabber slowed down that much would sound stranger i think...

Hardly the genius they're trying to make it out to be. Play any record on the wrong speed and it sounds different.

It just sounds like acid house, prefer it at the normal speed!
