http://m.soundcloud.com/lanparty/carl-c ... -live-dc10

This is a superb mix of him in DC 10 in Ibiza this summer, not old skool although there are some old skool underground crackers in this mix most notably http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZkwoJvL_-Y ... kwoJvL_-Yc

What a tune, I've noticed in recent times Coxy has included more and more underground old skool tunage get in his sets both original and remixes, whereas for a few years he just concentrated on playing Techno, but for me Coxy is still at the top of his game, seen him in Space in Ibiza last month and he absolutely smashed it.

Hi,

I know a lot of ppl on here say they don't rate Carl, but that must just be based on his mid-late 90's techno...

I still thing Carl is one of, if not THE best DJ...

It weird seeing his name amongst all the awful EDM artists headlining American festivals. I find some of what he plays dull, but it's far better than the mating gnats sound that's so prolific here.

My favourite DJ of all time for sure, I've seen him play about I dunno 10 times or thereabouts and he has always rocked the place, one of the best sets I've seen him live was at the Point Depot in Dublin in 1995, Orbital were also on the bill that night and Dave Angel too, Coxy tore up the place thousands of ravers having it, what a night.
