there's only one ID i look for.. don't have a clip atm.

Was a tune that Colin Dale have played on KISSFM in 91.. only thing i can say is it has the acid line from Beltram's Subsonic Trance. It's a 90 - 91 sounding tune and a great piece of music.

Did had many tunes to id and so far have found what they are.. good feeling indeed. The one i've mentioned is the only one i look for atm.

Guess i should ask Colin Dale himself.. and also find a clip of that tune first.

I have the clip & yep it's a top top tune, pretty sure someone e-mailed Colin & he replied saying he had no idea as he owns so many records, he also suggested it might have been a DAT someone sent in but was never released.
Still I hold out hope it may turn up one day.

cheers mate.

would appreciate if you post that clip, i'm shure other people here will try to find what is it too after they hear it. What exactly is that set the tune was taken from? I know the year and the dj, still there are few kissfm sets from then, if not more..

.. guess that knowing there are tunes you still try to id is part of the excitement.

I'll post it soon, have it on my pc but can't find it right now. I know it's on my portable mp3/hard drive thing but that's down stairs & as I have broken 3 metatarsal bones in my foot I'll get it next time I hobble down the stairs :)

Hi guys.

I can't believe this thread is here.
I've also been looking for the track that samples Beltram's 'Subsonic Trance' and even though I haven't been able to find it in 20+ years, I'm thrilled to see this link about folks also looking for this mysterious piece of music.
The link to the clip brought back so many amazing memories.

If I'm not mistaken, the night this track was played, they also played this:

Thanks again!
Stephen

If the links in the thread don't work anymore I have a better/longer sample of it on my PC if you want it.
