Re: Sedders out of retirement

It is a bit sad 40 year old's reliving there youth but my parents still go to rock concerts and they are as old as the hills haha Only because society looks at it like that, nowt wrong with anyone of any age going out and havin' it, fair play to them. My last event was in 2010 and it had absolutely...

Re: Sedders out of retirement

I don't think people that go to a oldskool night want to hear the here and now tho surely, otherwise why would they be going to a oldskool night Just because "it's an event". Take 1992 for example. I went to loads of raves, but I met shitloads of people who would've danced to anything as long as th...

Re: Sedders out of retirement

Mig as well get The Prodigy on the flyer and call the event "Rave acts that will never play Rave Music after tonight". True, but that's just the nature of any music scene that's been and gone, whether it's hardcore, punk, new wave, etc etc. Anyone who thinks they can make a living out of oldskool h...

Re: Sedders out of retirement

The problem is this. If he doesn't anthem bash then will anyone care(apart from the minority)? If he does anthem bash then he'll appeal to a larger crowd. Either keep it real and get fucking nowhere or sell-out and appeal to a lot more people. It's a tough one, but IF he does play then I think you'l...

Re: Sedders out of retirement

I'm sure he retired once before. So he's technically retired twice. Based on that I think it's true, although it is just a guess. After 4/5 years away he's probably itching for another blast. Whether it's a series of one-off's or proper out of retirement I have no idea. I'm sure we'll see in the com...

Re: Discogs help.

You should be able to add yourself using add release button on label page. You can edit existing items also, not sure if you can remove from label (would imagine so). Takes about 5 minutes a release to get up there. Didn't realise there was more than 1 release on your label. ;) Ahh nice one i'll gi...

Nice one on the linkage. I'm glad you're still maintaining your 'Hardscore' site. I've still got your old Smooth Groove sets from years back on there. Bigups for the downloads.

Discogs help.

My label (Nastycore Records if you hadn't figured it out) is listed on Discogs, but only the first EP is listed. I've had several EP's pressed since then. Is there anyone on here is a moderator on Discogs(i'm sure there is/was) so that I can give them the various EP's info & Pics so they can be adde...

Re: The Prodigy - The Day Is My Enemy

I think The Prodigy are a good example of an act who have simply given the 'kids' what they want To a small degree I think you're right and with that in mind i'm slightly surprised they didn't go down the Dubstep route a while back(or even now). Although it's good they didn't as they'd be out of th...
