Re: Indoor multi-arena events? A thing of the past or not?

i suspect the laws in the UK make it more difficult too. that was one thing that stood out about Dominator for me - it was only 20 minutes on the bus away from Eindhoven, next to a lake...it was *massive*, outdoors and fcuking LOUD. and it did occur to me how I couldn't imagine anything like that i...

Re: Indoor multi-arena events? A thing of the past or not?

I went to Global gathering five years running from 2002-2007 and the first few times I went it was great, the bora bora beach was tiny and Hard House and Trance still popular and had a great time. Then the BBC got their way in an ruined it. Its just a shame that there isn't the want for big 5-10K pl...

Re: Indoor multi-arena events? A thing of the past or not?

Thats what I loved about Raindance, five or six rooms of different music but these events just don't seem to exist any more. Its funny as the hard dance scene is Europe is massive, theres multiple big events attracting thousands of people on a weekly basis but in the UK, small events seem to be the...

Re: Are Raindance calling it a day?

That Fantasia in Bournemouth was awful, having never been to one before I had big expectations, especially given that they came back with a bang in Scotland. Hope Raindajnce doesn't call it a day, really liked it at SE1, great music and great crowd too.

Re: Decent small-ish speakers?

Got myself some Yamaha HS7's with the HS8S sub, depending on what size you want you could go for the HS8, slightly bigger and may not need the sub. Superb all round quality, crystal clear mids and not too bass heavy and muddy like the KRK's.
