On the flyer it said to park at car park 4, car park 4 told us to go to 1, car park 1 told us to go to car park 2, that took about half an hour!! Saw a few people I knew there, one ...

Re: The Moog in Amiga Format
Nice spot! Yes that is the one I replied to. They got about 2,000 tapes sent in from that.
What issue exactly is that from would like to try and get a copy of it.

Re: Simon harris quality tune....
Cheers people! melakaraya from this forum asked me months ago to try and get these remade with better quality sample rates etc so as to get them onto vinyl and I've not got round to it yet, just so difficult to find all the samples and I used to use tons of them in each tune. Really must put some ef...

Re: Free wavs of my low quality EP from 1992
I never did try two amigas at once I really should have done as with only 4 channels I just used to combine 2 or 3 breaks together into one channel which doesn't then help with the sound quality. I didn't even have any speakers let alone studio monitors it was all just done through the speaker on my...

Re: Free wavs of my low quality EP from 1992
Cheers! These were ripped from the vinyl by Leonized from this forum. Don't know if dats even exist still. I'm friends with the guys that ran Delirious Recordings on facebook so will ask, but to be honest that won't make the tunes sound any better! I'm proud to have had something out there, but alwa...

Re: Best/cleverest jungle vocal samples?
"playing that bloody jungle music all night" from Marvelous Caine – Hitman, is one of my favourites from the film babylon. More tunes that use samples from that are here: http://www.uncarved.org/babylon/soundtrack/babylon-sampled-on-records/ and in some shameless self plugging, I like my own samples...

Re: Track samples
Mbeat sample sources here: http://www.whosampled.com/artist/M-Beat/
one thing I use when I cant find the sources for vocals etc is a vst that trys to take out the bass and breaks
http://www.elevayta.net/product13.htm
its not perfect but sometimes has good results.
