In 1990 something happened in the rave scene that changed the face of dance music. From the initial excitement of ACID and then HOUSE back in '88 & '89 the dance scene in the UK and resorts such as Ibiza became more laid back and deep.
The demand for the excitement created by the energy at big raves gave birth to HARDCORE pumping new life and a rebirth to the rave scene. The now legendary events given by organisations such as RAINDANCE, ENERGY, TELEPATHY, DREAMSCAPE, GENESIS, ELEVATION, RAGE, THE CRAZY CLUB, HELTER SKELTER and WORLD DANCE are still remembered and talked about as if they were yesterday.
